The fully fenced back section is perfect for kids to play including your four-legged fur babies who are welcome in our outdoor space. The space Spread across two storeys you will find no shortage of living space with a large and spacious lounge opening out onto a deck and fully fenced back section. Separate kitchen/dining area. Outdoor furniture, sun umbrella and BBQ on large sunny deck. Should you need, you can set up your office space in the dining area. Back garden is fully fenced and private. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and bedroom with Queen bed and bunks plus bathroom downstairs. Guest access Full access to property except for garage. Other things to note The bunk beds are for children as there is a 70kg weight limit - If you require the bunk beds or day bed there will be a $22 linen charge person your alternatively you can supply your own.
