Entire 2 bedroom home w/1 car garage in Inverness

A cute, cozy home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a walk in shower. The family room has a sleeper sofa, if needed as well as a TV, cable and wifi. Minutes from downtown Inverness, shopping, restaurants, boat launch, parks and the Withlacoochie walk/ride trail. Perfect get away whether for a few days or a snow bird experience. Fully fenced back yard makes the home pet dog friendly; however we do request prior approval. No smoking or Vaping on the premises. No parties. The space This cozy little house is located in Inverness Highlands South and is conveniently just minutes from downtown, shopping, medical facilities, (Citrus Memorial Hospital, now known as HCA Florida Hospital is just a mile and a half away!),parks and boat launches as well as the Withlacoochie walk and ride trail! Salt water and the Gulf is an easy 45 minutes from here to Crystal River and the Fort Island Beach. Quick and easy access to Rte 75 and The Florida Turnpike for a day's adventure in Orlando, just 90 minutes away. Tampa, Clearwater and St Petersburg are also an easy 90 minute drive. If you find you are on a working vacation, we have a dedicated work space with wifi for your convenience. The family room is equipped with a 65 inch TV with cable, as well as table and comfy chairs for games, cards or jigsaw puzzles. The primary bedroom is equipped with a 32 inch smart tv with Roku. There is a gas grill available for your use as well. We do not charge a pet fee or cleaning fee. We do ask that you pick up after your pet, waste bags and container are provided on the back porch. We ask that when preparing to check out that you leave the beds unmade.....you don't have to strip them and leave used towels and washcloths on the bathroom floor. If you have dirty dishes, just put them in dishwasher and start it and remove containers of food from the fridge and drop your garbage in the provided garbage can. Turn off lights and lock doors and close garage door upon leaving. Guest access As our guest, you have full access to the entire house, garage and fully fenced back yard. The living room, family room, and the bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. In the garage is a dedicated laundry room with a convenient counter to fold clothes. The enclosed porch is the perfect place to watch the birds at the feeders while you have morning coffee or afternoon snack! Other things to note The television in the family room has the Spectrum cable package that includes Spanish speaking stations. For guests that might be traveling with a travel trailer or boat, the driveway is 50' long . Should you need more space we have free offsite parking in our concrete driveway at our personal residence, just 8 tenths of a mile from your stay. It is shown in the picture of the brown house.
