Home in Burlington

Enjoy Burlington's South End! This is a private apt. just southeast of the Five Sisters neighborhood. Completely remodeled, but kept the original charm. New kitchen, new bath, washer/dryer in unit and new appliances. The place sleeps 4 people and has 2 porches (one being a 3 season). We are about a 20-25 min walk (5 min drive) to Lake Champlain or to Church St. and a 40 min drive to Stowe. *House sits on a busy road,must be ok with this detail before booking. Review pet policy prior to booking The space Our spot is about 1,000 sqft and has an open concept, so a great space to make dinner and have a night in. Dimmable lights throughout the house to make it extra cozy as well. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a desk and office chair. The second bedroom has as a bunk bed (two twins) and extra storage space for your belongings. We have three mini-split air conditioning units in the apartment to cool down the space during the summer months (one in each room and one in the living room). There is a smart TV, which we pay for Netflix, but there are also other apps available if you want sign into your own accounts. The house is a duplex and my husband and I live in the apt below with our dog. The fenced side yard is our private space, but there is a communal lawn in the backyard (off the parking lot) that you can use any time. In the warmer months we typically have a couple chairs set outside. My husband and I both work from home, so we are available as much or as little as you need. Stairs: You have to take stairs to get into the apt. It's only one flight of stairs, but something to note as you will be bringing luggage. The front staircase is not as steep as the back entrance, so that might be a good door to take when coming and going with luggage. Guest access Parking is around back.
