At Del Rocío, your family will be close to everything, as we are strategically located in the center of Andes, Antioquia. The accommodation is equipped and furnished for a comfortable stay of up to 6 people. This accommodation harmonizes rest for adventurers who want to discover the nature of the Municipality, as well as for those interested in the different tourist attractions in the surroundings and neighboring municipalities such as Jardín, Hispania, Ciudad Bolívar, among others. The space This traditional house was built around 1901. Its main materials are bahareque and solid brick. It has been part of our family history since 1966 when it was acquired by my grandfather Aureliano Echeverri. In 2021, we made the decision to divide a part of our house and create this space for people who are passionate about traveling and who want to enjoy the tourism that has had so much development in Southwest Antioquia. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING - The space does not have a kitchen and we do not provide restaurant service. - The water is drinkable. -There is no door separating the rooms, it is a "gallery" type studio. - Hot water in the shower. -We always deliver our accommodation impeccably clean. - No parties or playing loud music. - Smoking is not allowed. - Stains on bed linens or towels will result in an extra charge. - Your pet is welcome, try not to do its business inside so that other guests can enjoy a clean and fresh place just as you received it. - Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and check-out is at 1:00 pm at the latest. Failure to comply with the check-out will incur an extra charge of 25% of the value of one night in the accommodation and the latest check-out time will be at 2:30 pm. - In the event that check-in is after 10:00 pm, there will be an additional surcharge of 20,000 COP to be paid at the time of arrival and the latest time of arrival will be 12:000 at night. - We invite you to make rational use of the light. - We don't have a parking lot, but there is one a block away from the accommodation that operates 24 hours a day.
