beautiful place right by the lake

I will rent a fully equipped wooden house, kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, grill, TVsat, internet, washing machine, dryer, hot water heater. The area of the cottage is about 80 sq m + about 20 sq m of terrace overlooking the lake. 3 rooms on the first floor, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers. The number of people comfortably up to 6 (maximum 8). The Wel River kayaking trail runs through the lake. The plot is fenced in the forest with direct access to the lake and the pier, a small fishing boat, a two-person water bike The space silence, peace, clean air, mushrooms, fish, birdsong :) Guest access The entire house, terrace, fenced plot, jetty, clearing in front of the jetty and lake with a place for a campfire 2 meters from the lake are available Other things to note During the holiday period June - August we rent for a minimum of 6-7 days in weekly periods Sat/Sun-Sat/Sun.
