There are many activities around the house and local river such as fishing, boating, kayaking, pool games, hot spa, bushing walking and so on. The Hampton style two level spacious home with vaulted cathedral ceilings on upper level offers three to four bedrooms. The oversized master bedroom upstairs offers 35 m2 with its own en-suite. A front room with king bed with river breeze overlooking the passage from an easterly sunny balcony. You wake up with birds chipping and rising sun! A sunny balcony where you can have your breakfast and see boats passing by. Two bedrooms downstairs. one is double bed and another one is Queen bed and a bunk bed for children. large open plan living area with timber floorboards throughout. Spacious U shape open kitchen with sky light where you can cook for a troop! Quality stainless steel appliances and granite bench top. IAG cat Iron gas cooktop, rotisserie oven and Nespresso vertuo coffee machine. A walk-in pantry with spacious shelves and wine fridge. Ideal for events like wedding and birthday celebrations. There is a bathroom downstairs next to an internal laundry and a separate toilet. A five persons' jacuzzi outside the back door that is cleaned with spa chemicals once a week. A rear deck and two sun lounges for outdoor entertaining and sunbathing overlooking green bushes. A pool table on veranda for entertaining and three colorful kayaks for your sporting fun. Don't forget to bring your own life jackets. All is set on a reasonable level block over 1000 m2, with child-friendly lawns. There is a low fence at the rear boundary backing onto Muogomarra National Park, where you will enjoy bush walk in nature mothers' arms... You can follow the fire trail to climb on top of the hills where you can see a group of magnificent islands among Hawkesbury rivers. A true yet surreal paradise holiday experience you won't forget. Guest access You can take water taxi, hire a boat, use your own boat to get there. we also have a house and boat package on offer for those who have valid boat licence. There are three mooring spots on the private jetty. Water taxi phone number will be provided after booking so you can ask for specific type of water taxi to suit your needs. Other things to note 1. Daily/nightly rate is a guide only. Either for a couple on romantic weekend or a family or a group of friends for a retreat, rate can be negotiated depends on the high or low seasons. 2. Cleaning fee for each bedroom is $50. Linen is $50 per bed. 3. Quality linen and beddings are provided. 4. All water is from rainwater tank. Please save water where it is possible. 5.
