For that little bit of extra special, Our deluxe decadently designed bedroom features bespoke custom made furnishings with eye catching allure. Our supersized super king bed* boasts the premium Grosvenor mattress made with Egyptian cotton embroidered sateen bedding, sumptuous duck down & feather duvet, a selection of pillows and a supersized cushioned headboard! Framed by mirrored pillars & a striking wall, lit by a dimmable stunning chandelier & with eye-catching sculptures & a Smart 4K UHD HDR LED Ambilight TV, this room just oozes opulence. Our bijou modern bathroom is styled with Carrara white marble effect porcelain tiles, a Bluetooth multi functional heated mirror, dressed with luxury vera wang hand & bath towels as well as courtesy eco spa toiletries. Bathrobes, slippers & supersized towels available on request. The living room also has a touch of indulgence, where you can relax and soak up the light through elegant bay windows whilst watching another smart 4K LED TV with Netflix. The coffee table transforms into a dining table should you wish to eat in. Leading off the living room is a high spec kitchen with an abundance of mod cons, elegant dining ware and for those coffee lovers do enjoy our sage Nespresso Creatista coffee machine! giving you the ability to easily create personalised café-style quality coffees ‘at home’. Please note that for stays longer than one month, electricity will be paid separately by the guest at cost of usage. Parking is FREE with 24hr CCTV Over the road at a neighbours block or on site if available. Parking space is for 1 car only. Car reg will be required for access & parking permit needs to be placed on dashboard and must be left in condo upon vacate. Guest access Ground floor apartment within short walking distance and also mins from the train & bus station & cheapest parking in Bournemouth. Other things to note 3 - 6 MONTH STAYS * Electricity will be paid by guest in addition to the agreed rent and will be charged at exact cost of usage as calculated from meter reading upon entry to meter reading upon exit charged at unit rate 27.41p kwh & 45p daily standing charge. Photographs will be taken and sent through messaging system as agreed confirmation agreement. Please Note: Fuse box must not be turned off due to linked fire, safety equipment, fridge freezer and WiFi Internet & TV set up. *SUPER, KING or SINGLESx2 - PLEASE INFORM OF US BED REQUEST UPON BOOKING otherwise it will be assumed as Super-King. Bedding alterations at housekeeping costs due to additional time/bedding needed £15 surcharge. King Sofa bed set-up is £30 surcharge. EXTRA GUEST *Unauthorised extra guest OR Unauthorised use of sofa bed £200* - we do not wish our sofa being used to 'crash on' without the appropriate bedding for hygiene reasons & delicate furniture movement. NO SMOKING Please note this is a strictly NON-smoking accommodation. Being a review led business, £200 penalty will be deducted from the deposit for non compliance. LOSS OF KEYS £60. GOLD TRHOW/CUSHIONS staining £100 - please, if you are wobbly of hand / product spillages, then by all means fold in the bags provided and store away for your duration. HEATING - We accept that everyone has different levels of comfort, unfortunately guests have been known to increase to 30+ degrees over their stay with windows open. Unfortunately with the cost increase of electricity, we are now setting a temperature of 24° as maximum acceptable fair usage**. Heater use / temperatures logged above this will have be a surcharge* of £10 extra per day. **not applicable for stays without electric included. PARKING - 24hr CCTV Parking space available over the road for 1 car - Car reg will be required for access and permit must be kept in dashboard and returned at end of stay. Penalty for non-return of permit will incur a £250 fine. Our house Keeper cannot use it the following Guest hasn’t use it so this is very important to return it. Costs and time to replace is very troublesome. Additional cars parking can be found 5 mins around the back of the block at Madeira NCP aprox £6pn STAYS LONGER THAN 1 WEEK - Due to the sizes and volume of the super king bedding sizes along side abilities to wash bed linen & towels laundry & dry it within the condo, we have a weekly housekeeper which will take care of it for you as well as clean the main areas for you. You will be charged the subsidised amount of £55 per clean. LONG STAY BOOKINGS 3-6m All Included - will incur a secured deposit of £500 & have fair usage policies in place with regards to electric use. Readings will be taken upon entry & exit and sent through the AirBnb messaging system. Fair usage agreed at £10pd. Anything over the length of stay will be requested upon exit. Please do not leave heating on when not in apartment or with windows open. Please do not leave items plugged in. Please be mindful not to fill the kettle for more than is necessary.
