Peace and love ♥ The space Neat little spot cozy in a woodsy setting you will love the comfortable bed along with the little dinette for two and mini kitchen. Order take out or warm up a little meal have it your way ! There is a mini fridge,small toaster oven ,and all the other fixings of a kitchen so make yourself at home . Parking is located at the front of the white house with blue shutters sorry no parking at the back in front of the tiny house this space is reserved for the hosts or staff. Enjoy the cute well lit bathroom,be sure to turn on the bathroom fan for ventilation and note that the toilet is Septic so please be mindful by only using it for it's purpose without throwing any foreign items in there ,simply use the trash can to dump wipes ,tissue and any other products that you utilize . Enjoy the Tlc Smart TV,log in with your own credentials to use the various apps that is located on the screen,log off of your account before leaving Take some time to enjoy the swings at the front or lounge at the back patio.If using the fire pit you will have to purchase your own supplies,be sure to put it out responsibly etc ,enjoy ! There is also a lovely RV in the back near the Tiny House that sleeps four neatly appointed for those who have never had a chance to stay in one book it now is your chance to experience it .That being said you will meet others in passing but rarely . Have fun and reach out to your hosts between the hours of 8 am to 10 pm eastern time, if you contact after hours you will not get a response till the Am as this is not a 24 hour service . NON SMOKING PROPERTY Guest access Taxi,Uber private car ,there are no buses in this region Guest can access the back area for leisure Guests can park at the front of the white main house Guest not permitted to drive on or walk on the private road that is directly in front of the Tiny house please stay only on our property remember this is a neighborhood so we have neighbors . Other things to note No smoking no vaping no marijuana usage it is not allowed inside the property .We have smoking detection to detect those who do not adhere to this. Keep doors completely shut while you are outside the Tiny house specially at night to prevent insects ,water bugs or creepy crawlies from entering inside . Guests are asked to use the the Tiny house space only do not use the street facing the tiny home as this is the neighbors private driveway they only allow homeowners to drive there also .Do not go beyond the brown shed. If you booked for one person yet have an additional guest or visitor please contact host immediately add them to your reservation,pay the additional fee associated with this.Send guest full name plus phone number directly in your message thread to host.Also only one car is allowed for this space so you are welcomed to pick up your additional guest or Uber them to you. We are observant of what goes on at the property so please do not bring dogs or other people to the home under any circumstance other than the registered guest/s .We appreciate you being so considerate and respecting the policies of the space. Remember communication is key so anything needed please do not hesitate to ask us during your stay before hand instead of saying it after you have left . Parking is available at the front of the main house with the blue shutters under no circumstance should guests park at the back if found they will be towed. Only the employees or owners are authorized to use the back yard driveway. This is a Tiny house so as you can see from the pictures its cozy and cute for a few days to weeks,if you are extremely tall this may not be the right fit for you . WiFi is for TV App use available Our Internet is great but not great for heavy streaming or people who work from home .
