Located at one of Mount Washington Valley's Premier family resorts, this 1 BR condo is the perfect destination for a family weekend or romantic getaway. Enjoy all that MWV has to offer and then return home to a cozy space to relax and unwind. Access to resort amenities is available including pools, rec room, trails and more. Minutes from Storyland and Jackson Village. Just a short drive to numerous downhill and x-country skiing venues as well as tax free shopping and dining in North Conway. The space End unit, so only one shared wall. Many updated features including the kitchen with full size appliances and bathroom. The unit can sleep 4, but the second bed is a sleeper sofa. Recommended for a couple or small family. Enjoy fantastic views from the deck. “Common” area charcoal grills and picnic tables are available throughout the resort. Guest access There is plenty of parking just outside the unit in a shared lot. Other things to note This is a FAMILY resort. Because this unit is part of a Condo Association, there are strict rules about guest age and smoking. Primary guest must be 25 years old. Age verification is required. Smoking is NOT allowed on the deck or patio of the condo. Smoking is permitted in parking area ONLY, but NOT in or around the buildings. As of May, 2024, the “pass” system for amenities has been discontinued by the Resort. So, as a guest, you will enjoy ACCESS to all of the available amenities, including the pools, Rec room, basketball and tennis courts (when available), grills and trails. We invite you to enjoy this privilege and simply ask that you treat it with respect so others may also enjoy it in the future. Most amenity doors can be opened with the FOB included on the unit keyset. (Please note, this does NOT include the pool and fitness center near the upper Chateaus)
