You only have one neighbor upstairs and it's just one person. You can park on the nearby streets easily. You're in the middle of town, and you'll feel like one of the locals right away. San Andrés is a typical fishing village, where you can eat good fish and relax. Santa Cruz, the capital, is only 10 minutes away on a good road, in addition to being well connected by public transport. San Andrés is also the gateway to the Anaga massif, one of the most beautiful and not so well-known areas of the island.
