Close to stores, mall, restaurants, bars, movies, Historic sites. 2 miles from Martz Trailways, 25 min Montage Ski/water Park, 45 min ride to Pocono attr. PHL 2 hrs, NY 3hrs. Easy access to property, and right off Rt.309, + I 81. Apt is set up w Linens, kitchen group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The space Please no smoking, or vaping inside. keep all areas neat, and clean!!! Dont leave food, and crumbs around. We dont want any mice or bugs.... Should you need something, just ask. I would be happy to assist, or give you if I have. Please lock doors when leaving, or in for the night. There are motion flood lights/ cameras for safety. Although we are close to the city, we do have all kinds of wildlife visiting here. We've been having a bear come threw our yard, so always good to be on the lookout, and make some noise. Please no guests other than whose booked, and no parties allowed. We are happy to give you ideas on places to visit, or restaurants to eat at. We want everyone to have a safe, enjoyable stay.
