Treetop Cottage Walking Distance to Downtown

Treetop Cottage is a unique and tranquil 2nd floor private guest house just a short walk from downtown Mount Dora. Equipped for short or long term stays with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ and private patio. This 600+ sq ft space with a 65+ ft private driveway is perfect for couples, cyclists and boaters. Located in the historic district, close to downtown, Lake Dora, the Lighthouse and Boardwalk, Donnelly Park, Renningers and the Mount Dora Trail. *This is a smoke and pet free cottage. The space Guests will have the entire 600+ sq ft Treetop Cottage to themselves with a 65+ ft grass driveway leading up to the cottage and a private entrance. The recently renovated space is equipped with everything you need; full kitchen, walk-in shower, queen bed, washer/dryer, BBQ and lighted outdoor patio. The patio and BBQ for the cottage is just at the bottom of the stairs. Guest access Please only use areas indicated for Treetop Cottage. Guests are invited to use the ground floor private patio and BBQ at the bottom of the stairs. There’s also a place to store bikes in the hallway under the stairs. Please use the grass drive at the back of the property which is located on 12th Ave. This is a private drive exclusively for the Treetop Cottage. Other things to note Cyclists will enjoy being less than 1.2 miles from the Mount Dora Trail, Adrenaline Bike Works and the Tremain Street Greenway. During your stay you'll enjoy a curated collection of original artwork on display in the cottage. Our primary artist is the late Carmine Ballarino, an award winning art director/copywriter from NYC.
