The high street is 3 mins walk away with lots of restaurants, pub, cafe and grocery stores available. The space This is NEW built fully furnished Luxury Studio with separate entrance. There is no sharing and its let out as entire unit separately. It comes with double bed and a sofa bed and fully furnished kitchen with electric hob, Oven with grill, micro oven, washing machine and a freeze & Freezer. it has got all the utensils and essentials for cooking. The location is the plus point as Bus stop, train stations, pubs, shops. cafe and including post office is just few mins of walking distance. Popular stores like Tesco (open from 6.00 am to 12.00 am) , Sainsbury's (Open from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm), Iceland ( open from 8 am to 7 pm) and lot of Pubs like weatherspoon, popular resturants like Sarvana Bhavan, Mumbai Local, MTR, the Fat crab and Naamman situated in walkable distance. Wembey Stadium is 15 mins away by direct train and Heathrow airport is just 25 mins by drive. Central London is 30 mins by train. Guest access Has separate entrance and has parking at the accommodation. Restaurants, high street shops, pubs and Tesco shop (open from 6.00 am to 12.00 am) within 2 mins walk. Other things to note Apart from the guests no one else is allowed in the property. Guest cannot host party in the accommodation. Guest should keep the property clean and tidy. If the stay is for a longer term, you must wash the bed sheets, linens, duvet, and pillow covers during the stay and it can be dried at a nearby laundry. We provide cleaning service before check-in and after check-out. If someone else booked for the guest then guest has to provide official identity proof : Passport or Driving license to us. Need to return the key before leaving. Use the utilities mindfully e.g. switch off the lights when not in property or when enough day light, and when done using the toilet, don't leave the water taps running (when not in use). Drive carefully while coming and going out of the property areas, as there are kids and older people living nearby. After check-in, Guest has to take care the property and during his or her stay they need to clean the property by themselves, if they need cleaning service then they have to bear the additional cost (whatever the agency charge) per cleaning. Guest should return the property in the same condition at the time of check-out.
