Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. A private room in a fully equipped home with all you need to re energize. King size bed, gym, backyard with patio seating, comfy sofas and 65" TVs. Within 5 minutes from downtown Georgetown, SW University, shopping centers, and 15 minutes from the Kalahari Resort. All your shopping spree needs can be met in 8 minutes at the Round Rock Outlets. Just 18mi from Austin's famous 6th street, and 35 minutes from the airport. The space Brand new 2-story home with multiple living spaces. Other guest may be occupying other rooms and sharing spaces. The room is very large and can fit an air mattress on the floor (not provided). New King size bed can sleep 3, and 2 on an air mattress (not provided). Shared guest areas: living room downstairs, loft upstairs, and backyard seating. Listing is great for couples, friends, traveling for work or working remotely and need a getaway. Private bathroom attached to the room with a soaking tub and double sink. No tv in the room to increase the refreshing vibe. Ring door bell for security. No access to personal office, it is protected by a Ring security camera. Camera only captures the front of the office and whoever enters the home. Guest access Access to home and room is by keypad. Before arrival I will send guest a message with codes for each. You may park in the driveway. I will not be around, but am available via phone for any questions, or need help finding something in the home. Reservation gives you access to the following: - Your private room and bathroom The following are shared spaces/things: - Full bathroom down the hall - Kitchen, Living room, loft, backyard, gym, dinning room - Cooking supplies - Grill -Outdoor furniture - Laundry facilities free for your use Other things to note Same-day check-in is not available until 5 pm Other guests may be staying in the home and sharing common areas. No shoes in the house! No pets/animals allowed. Kitchen Guest have access to microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Keurig. Feel free to buy groceries and store them in the refrigerator or pantry. No smoking in the house and no parties. Smoking is permitted in the backyard (Remove shoes before coming back into house please). Only registered guest are allowed on the property. You must indicate during the booking if you intend to have company and who they are.
