The space Tucked away on the first floor of a 45,000 sq. ft. bungalow, this unit offers a calm and peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery. The bungalow itself is nestled in a quiet, safe, and secure street with a single entry and exit point, right at the crossroads of new and old Gurgaon. A gentle reminder: This is a private, self-contained unit within the bungalow, not the entire property. While this may already be clear from the pricing, we prefer to set the right expectations from the start. The space includes a spacious room with an en-suite bathroom and a fully functional, well-equipped personal kitchen, making it a comfortable and serene stay for two guests. Just outside the room, beside the kitchen, you’ll find a charming sit-out area, surrounded by lush plants and framed by the striking red blooms of a Gulmohar tree and a stately Semal in the background—a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning tea or an evening coffee. Main Door Etiquette The entryway remains open, but always close the MAIN door properly behind you. However, do NOT latch it (no “Kundi”), as other guests may still be out! 3. Restricted Areas For everyone’s privacy and security, access to the front lawn, backyard, terrace, and private areas of other units is strictly prohibited. 4. Stay in Your Lane Your allocated unit is your space—please do not enter or linger in areas assigned to others. Also, no walking, strolling, or taking calls in common areas like the staircase or driveway. Other things to note Electricity & House Rules 1. Electricity Usage • 5 units/day of electricity are complimentary. Any usage beyond that will be charged at ₹10 per unit. • The unit has an independent sub-meter to track consumption. At check-in and check-out, please take a photo of the meter reading and share it via Airbnb messenger. • If you don’t send the readings, our recorded readings will be considered final. This helps ensure electricity is used efficiently and responsibly—no waste, just what you need! 😊 2.
