“Giota's Villa” is a lovely recently renovated 3-bedroom villa with a charming garden in the traditional colorful village of Theologos, south west of the city of Rhodes. The space "Villa Giota” is located in a peaceful location and it is recommended for families, friends and couples who look for peacefulness, not for nightlife. Please keep in mind that the villa has an automatic solar water heater and an electric water boiler. So, when the weather is cloudy and the water is not heated enough by the sun, you should please turn up the switch of the electric water boiler on the fuse box-control panel in order to have hot water. Villa set up : 3 living rooms & dining room, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, 1 bathroom & a W.C. Villa is equipped with 4 TV , kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine with cleaning products, ironing available, hairdryer. Towels, sheets, bathrobe, pillows offered as well to all of our guests. Guest access Visitors have access to all the areas of the villa inside & as well as outside, including the garden.
