INDOOR LIVING The heart of the villa is centered around a large, very bright open-plan living and dining area, designed for sharing precious moments. It flows seamlessly into a fully fitted and equipped American-style kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter and capsules), kettle, toaster, and comprehensive crockery. Everything is there to delight food lovers! COMFORT & PRIVACY (SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS) The cozy single-story layout ensures smooth movement throughout the house. The sleeping quarters, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, consist of: 3 beautiful bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed. 1 charming bedroom featuring two single beds. Modern and functional shower rooms to ensure everyone's convenience. OUTDOOR RELAXATION The true highlight of Villa Rosemonde lies outside! Enjoy a superb wooden terrace furnished with a table, chairs, parasol, and a gas barbecue/plancha grill for your summer lunches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION (FEES AND CONDITIONS) To ensure complete transparency before you book, here are the mandatory fees applicable to your stay (which are not included in the base rate displayed by Airbnb): - End-of-stay cleaning fee: 170 euros. - Linen package: 10 euros per person. - Security deposit: 1,000 euros. This will be requested before your arrival via a bank pre-authorization (the amount is not debited). Please note: For everyone's comfort, the villa is strictly non-smoking indoors. You can safely park up to two vehicles on the property, and a closed private garage is also fully at your disposal (ideal for an extra vehicle or for securely storing your bikes and beach gear). You will have full access to all the amenities designed for your holiday: the 4 comfortable bedrooms, the spacious and light-filled living areas, as well as the beautiful private garden. Outside, the large wooden terrace, the heated swimming pool, and the petanque court are waiting for you to share unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
