Relax among the wild flowers in the shared courtyard. Warm up around the fireplace or dive into the ecological swimming pond with sauna after a day of walking or cycling. In the meadow at the back, you have your own place with a fire pit. All this on the slopes of the hills of the Flemish Ardennes. Ideal for a couple! The space Tiny house, ideal for 2, possibly 3 people (a bit cramped), overlooking the hills. You have a private entrance. Downstairs you will find the bedroom with double bed, shower, sink, separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a mini kitchen with hobs (4), oven and microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining area with 2 chairs and long sofa, and a few steps up in the mezzanine a sitting area. Over the entire upper width, there is a spacious sitting area with a view of the hillside. Swimming pond and outdoor sauna at the back of the meadow. We welcome children and have a few of our own running around. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this cottage for families with toddlers and children under 6 years of age due to the different open floors, stairs and the sitting room window at 1m20 height. Guest access Separate entrance, place to park 5 m from the house. Bikes can be stored in a bicycle shed. Bus stop at 300 m. Other things to note The house is located along the street side and opens onto the courtyard. Ideal for 2 people. If you think it's okay to live a little closer together, you can also come with 3. Two sleeping mattresses are available on the mezzanine. You share the courtyard with the residents, but you have your own terrace. It is very quiet, and the grass and flowers offer some privacy. If you prefer a place all to yourself, you can walk around the farm, where you will find a meadow with a separate place and fire pit for you alone. The sauna (with wood stove) and swimming pond are also located at the back of the farm. The residents can occasionally use the swimming pond, we will then agree on a time when we will not disturb you. Filled wood basket on arrival, included in the price.
