The cottage is located within 3 miles of the hospital so it is ideal for people traveling to visit persons in the hospital. Serenity Cottage is approximately 5 miles from down town and 7 miles to Lander University and 10 miles to Piedmont Technical College. Please read the House Manual prior to booking. The space The guests will have access to the entire house. It has 4 smart televisions and high speed internet service. Streaming is allowed. Guest access The guests will have access to the back yard with a patio. The house is on approximately 1 acre lot with trees in the backyard. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet family community. Each house has approximately 1 acre lots. In order to maintain the status of the neighborhood, quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
