Lovely Private Bedroom w/ Private Bath

Currently, my partner and I are looking to host one of our master bedrooms --one of three rooms-- in our loft space. This is our first time hosting and figured it may be ideal as the space is currently unoccupied. Ideally, we are looking for a minimum of two-weeks, though if you are interested please feel free to reach out with exact dates. The space About the space: The entire apartment is subdivide into three rooms; two master bedrooms, one of which includes a private bathroom, and a third bedroom/office space. It is tentative whether this space will be rented in the coming months, or used as an office space. This unit has been renovated recently with modern appliances, a new fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in-unit: spacious countertops and cabinet space. There is also roof access, which is incredibly lovely in the summer, and a gym in the building. The room itself is west-facing, with beautiful light throughout the day (absolutely one of my favourite parts about living here). The room can fit a desk and queen-sized bed with high ceilings and a deep closet. You'll have a private bathroom to yourself. The room will be unfurnished, but the common area (living room, dining room, kitchen) is fully furnished. About the renters; My name is August, a 29-year-old creative professional. I have worked in the fashion industry for the past five years, though primarily I am a musician and an essayist. Currently, I am working on a degree program in both psychology and editorial publishing, with a minor in philosophy. I am presently the lease-holder for the apartment. My partner splits her time between her apartment in Green Point, and the space here. She is a professional dancer and we occasionally like to cook together, and for our guests :) We are looking for a responsible, tidy, communicative, and friendly person to share our space with; preferably someone reliable enough to treat the space like their home, even if it is for a short amount of time. There is no gender preference, though age preference is mid-twenties and older. Guest access The neighbourhood is excellent. Similar to Shoreditch, London, or Berlin. A very short distance from the Morgan L train. Quite literally on the line between Williamsburg and Bushwick. Two grocery stores right around the corner, multiple Coffee shops (SEY, Swallow), Syndicated Bar and Theater, Roberta's, close to the Jefferson and Montrose stop. Other things to note Notes regarding Covid: Please note that, due to ongoing circumstances, it is heavily recommended that our guests are vaccinated. Both my partner and I plan to be completely vaccinated prior to hosting. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. As for the physical space, I personally am an extremely clean person, and make an honest effort to preserve the space I live in. I would hope to share the same mentality with any renter, and am completely open to taking any further measures to ensure the safety of both myself and my partner, as well as any guests currently staying.
