Our studio has 25m2, it is located in the centre of Opatija so you are near all the activities and sights.Also sea is just 100m away.Situated on ground floor,apartment has tv/sat,internet,air conditioning,parking and access to wide terrace. The space It is close by "Lungo Mare", most beautiful promenade in Croatia where you can enjoy in long walks by the sea. Beaches as well are near! Restaurants, bars, shops, market with fresh food, parks, museums...only short walks away, so you can leave your car and enjoy without worries! Apartment is perfect for 2 persons, but 3 can fit as well (extra pull out bed), especially if it's a family with a child. Guest access In front of the entrance is spacious terrace. Other things to note At arrival guests are paying truistic tax per person/per day. Pets are welcomed! Paying fee is 5 euros per day.
