This charming two-story home is located in the picturesque town of Scarborough, on the Cape of Good Hope. The house, which can accommodate up to six guests, features two open, fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bars, two cozy living areas with a total of three fireplaces, a large dining table for up to eight people, 3 terraces, Weber braai, an outdoor fire pit and excellent views. The house also offers guests laundry facilities and two parking spaces. The space Drink Chardonnay on the veranda while watching the surfers and migrating whales, wander through fynbos-covered hills, Live with nature, swim in your own ecological pool. Our retreat offers an exceptional view over the bay of Scarborough and at the same time into the Red Hill Nature Reserve. On different levels with over 250 square metres of space you can relax with your family and friends, swim in the natural eco pool and watch the stars in the sky together around the campfire. The house is supplied with over 90% sustainable energy. Hot water is produced by solar thermal energy and electricity by photovoltaic with its own energy storage. The house is fully alarm-secured. Guest access Up to four guests can fully unfold on the first floor of the house and use the Ecopool on the ground floor. For 6 guests the whole house with the separate flat on the ground floor is available. Other things to note Please note that our house consists of 2 flats. The flat on offer here is on the 1st floor and with more than 180sqm of living space and usable area inside and outside has enough free space to unfold. The EcoPool in the basement can be used by all parties. However, the stay on the lower terraces should be exclusively available to tenants of the lower flat. Many thanks for your understanding.
