Set on a magic 5 acres less than 5 minutes from the beaches, lakes and national parks, this architect designed and owned rammed earth home offers a unique holiday experience. The space The large open plan living space includes a modern kitchen with stainless steel gas cook top, a dining table to seat 12, a generous lounge area with leather sofas, Apple TV (for mirroring your Netflix/ Foxtel/ Kayo and iPod station. The living area opens onto a spacious north facing timber deck overlooking lawn, kids playground, trees and water tank for swimming - the perfect spot to enjoy a drink after a hard day at the beach. Play cricket or bocce on the front lawn and finish with a BBQ or wood-fired pizza under the stars. Guest access Guests have full access to house and front and rear yards. Part of the driveway is shared with the owners property, however carport and additional parking spaces at the front and rear of the house are for guests use. Other things to note The house comes with bed linen, towels, pillows, donnas, blankets for all beds and kitchen linen. However we understand that many guests prefer to bring their own linen - especially pillows and doonas! The house is strictly non-smoking and outdoor pets ONLY may be allowed with prior approval. No pets are allowed inside the house at any time. Evidence of pets inside the house (muddy footprints / hair etc) will result in an additional cleaning fee being taken out of the bond.
