Welcome to the Villa des Pibous, a large family vacation rental with a private heated pool and direct access to the Ardèche River. The house sleeps up to 14 people and is located a stone's throw from the Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave 2. Between swimming, friendly moments and discovering the region, it is an ideal place to share beautiful memories. Outside, you will enjoy a heated and secure pool (May to mid-September), a covered terrace, deckchairs, hammock, barbecue, enclosed area with petanque area and private parking. Facilities include: full air conditioning, fiber internet, TV, washing machine, baby cot and high chair on request. Guest access Guests have the entire cottage and its exteriors: private heated pool, enclosed grounds, terrace, hammock and parking. The real plus of the house is its direct access to the Ardèche River, with a sandy and pebble beach, one of the most beautiful spots to swim and relax. Supermarket nearby, shops and services 3 km away. Other things to note Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. In low season, minimum stay of 2 nights; in summer, weekly rental only (Saturday-Saturday). Note: cleaning, sheets and towels not included. Barbecue is available (unless restricted by the prefecture). Pets not allowed. The gîte allows you to go directly by canoe in the Gorges with your equipment or rent on site. Fishermen will appreciate the proximity to the river, and out of season, the site becomes a small sanctuary for birds.
