Located at the heart of the historical city centre at SANTOS STREET, within one of the safest areas of the city. Located by Constitution square (the main square in the city) and very near from Alameda Principal, where you will find all lines of urban buses and the train station CENTRO-ALAMEDA. Close to all the relevant things that the city has to offer: museums, Cathedral, the Alcazaba, shops, tapas restaurants, cafes... Everything within a 10 min walking distance. It takes around 20 min walking to the main beach which is LA MALAGUETA, and the walking is along a beautiful park under the trees, called PASEO DEL PARQUE. The size of the apartment is about 15 m2. It suits 2 people. Although it is small, it is totally new and re-decorated ( January 2025) and it's practical and comfortable. It has got air conditioning.COLD/HEAT Comprising a bed sized 1,50m width x 2,00m length. It has a dining table for 2 diners, smart TV 32". , microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils. Sheets and towels are provided. The studio is comfy and functional and the perfect place to rest after visiting the city or the beaches. It offers quietness and serenity if you'd like to disconnect from the noise of the city , and it has a beautiful and relaxing views over the window. Guest access The small lift is at the 4rth floor of a building with an elevator. Atcthe corridor, Outside the studio, there are 2 Windows with a line, where towels can be hang to get dried. Clips provided within a basket at the studio. Other things to note Be aware that due to the small size of the apartament, the kitchen is small.
