Grenache, Calmnes, space and a fantastic view

Domaine Leyvinie is located on a hill, surrounded by nature so that you have a fantastic view on all sides. You can relax at the swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters, or on your private terrace. We can cook for our guests (min. 8) on demand. Daily (except Thursday) you can order freshly made takeaway meals and in the morning we deliver freshly baked bread. For 9.50 pp you can use the breakfast buffet. The space There is a house and 2 buildings, each with 3 gites. Maximum number of guests is 24. Gite Grenache has a spacious layout with a comfortable living room with sitting area, open kitchen (equipped with hob, microwave, coffee maker and american fridge) with dining area and door to private terrace. 2 bedrooms with 2 box-spring beds each. Bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet. 1st floor: 3rd bedroom with 2 box-spring beds, 4th bedroom (closed by a curtain) with 2 box-spring beds. 2nd bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Guest access The guests have their own home. The pool, the garden and laundry room is shared with other guests. Breakfast and dinner is served on our private terrace with a magnificent view. In the garden is a ping-pong table and a dartboard. You can also borrow rackets, jeux de boules and board games from us. Other things to note There is wifi available in this gîte.
