House on the water - FORSTER

Our place is a 3 bedroom house directly backing onto the waterways at Forster - Wallis Lake is absolutely ideal if you have that desired to be on the water for a relaxing break. If you bring your own boat, tie it up at your private wharf for easy fishing or boating on the lake or a quick 5 min drive to local beaches (patrolled and un-patrolled). The space You have the use of the entire house with 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 people Guest access The house has the following: * Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed * Bedroom 2- 2 x single beds * Bedroom 3- 2 x single beds (one is a trundle bed all bedrooms have blankets, pillows, quilts and linen. * Lounge room - leather lounge and chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player * Dining room - dining table, 6 x rattan chairs * Bathroom (toilet, vanity, shower, bath) * Laundry (toilet, washing machine, wash basin) * Kitchen (refridgerator, oven, cooktop, sink, microwave, rangehood, dishwasher, cultery, crockery, utensils, toaster, hot water jug...... * Back annex room - stores extra outdoors chairs, tables, 2 x electric BBQ's, Gas BBQ * Outside - picnic table, private wharf access to Wallis Lake * Off street parking can accommodate 3 x cars * WHAT YOU HAVE TO BRING: Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels and toiletries. NOTE: Absolutely NO PARTIES or EVENTS, NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed. Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. We have great neighbours and they are our friends and we would like it to remain that way………. so please keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm. BBQ grills are provided along with a GAS BBQ. All instructions are provided and after their use ensure they are CLEAN and placed back inside. On arrival date CHECK IN at any time after 11am. On departure date CHECK OUT is prior 11am.
