Enjoy Berlin relaxed – "Free & Relaxed

In the southwest of Berlin, quickly in the center and far enough for relaxation with sports, pool, terrace and garden. The light-flooded room (2nd floor, no elevator) with handmade, Pakistani solid furniture and open bathroom (freestanding bathtub, possibly not suitable for older people) on the 2nd floor lets you forget everyday life. With coffee maker, kettle and blender in the room, sports room in the basement and unheated outdoor pool for refreshment + trampoline, terrace and garden loungers. The space Light streams from three sides into the attic room (2nd floor, stairs) with the extra-long double bed (2.20 m), dressing table and chairs. The freestanding bathtub offers enjoyable relaxation in the bathroom, but possibly a small challenge for tall people when showering (no extra shower available). The sink is also mounted on a solid wooden table (stools available underneath for smaller people). On the fridge next to the sink are a coffee capsule machine, French press, kettle and smoothie mixer. Crockery and cutlery are available for two people, but no cooking facilities. It is available in the common kitchen (with extensive equipment) on the first floor. Radio/Bluetooth speakers; laptop table for bed (work or movies), safe with fingerprint/code and much more are also offered. The toilet (for these room guests only) is right next to the room door. Guest access Parking is possible directly in front of the garage belonging to the house (right side of the double garage, marked with "140a". From there it is about 12 meters to the house entrance. During your stay I like to chat with my guests over coffee or a glass of wine. However, no one should feel obligated. If someone wants their peace, that's perfectly fine. Other things to note As a rule, there is another guest (1st floor, separate bathroom) in the house, at times also my children, but the folded ear cat is always there.
