A short drive to both the airport and CBD, it has bayside beaches, walking trails, multicultural dining and public transport on its doorstep. The apartment is brimming with natural light and boasts generous living spaces indoors and out. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and alfresco dining on the entertainers’ balcony. The space The bayside suburb of Rockdale combines easy, urban living with pretty parks and reserves, calm, sandy beaches and an excellent food scene. From this spacious abode, you’re a short drive to the city centre, with shops, pubs and eateries just a brisk stroll away. Step inside this penthouse-style apartment and you’ll be immediately invited to kick back and relax. It features open plan living and dining flowing to an oversized balcony, framing views across Botany Bay toward the city skyline. Watch as the sun sets overhead, while enjoying an alfresco meal. There is a plush sofa, TV and books catering to your entertainment needs and a four-person dining table, or dedicated workspace. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you could need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. Sleep easy in two sumptuous bedrooms. Both are fitted with queen-sized beds and topped in crisp white linens. Black-out blinds and air-conditioning help to ensure a good night’s sleep. The master bedroom benefits from direct balcony access, a built-in wardrobe and a high-end ensuite bathroom. Within the main bathroom, there’s a spacious shower, toilet and mirrored vanity kitted with complimentary toiletries. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer for your stay. The apartment comes with secure undercover parking for one car and direct lift access. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom which includes 2 face towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. Any spare linen we keep on site are not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens are: $7.20 for bath sets, $29.80 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels ~ Complimentary Toiletries ~ Please note the hotel type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying) ~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~ We also offer 3hr mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options: 1. Full Cleaning Only (no linen delivery changeover or toiletry supplies top up) – $175 *Message us to book your mid stay cleaning service! ~ Long Stays ~ Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. ~ Parking ~ This apartment comes with secure underground parking for 1 vehicle only (parking spot width designed for small-medium size vehicle only). Parking height restriction 2mtr. ~ Letterbox Use ~ Note that for security purposes for the owner, we do not have access or a key to the letterbox for the apartment. Do not get mail posted to you at the address because we will have no way to retrieve it for you from the letterbox.
