Little England B5 - Fraser Panorama (Silverpark)

Nestled in the heart of Fraser Hill, one of Malaysia's breathtaking highlands, our accommodation offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush tropical forests. Our unit provide enviable views of the sky and mountains, creating a calming experience in nature’s embrace. The space Our new refurbished, cosy apartment (with Wifi connection) is the perfect location for a romantic and family getaway holiday. Renovation of our walkup apartment completed on October 2019. Unit located at the town center. Restaurant and hawkers store is all nearby. It only take less than 5 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk from clock tower to the accommodation. Our home is easily accessible via a short flight of stairs, which is extremely convenient for those with kids, elderly folks or just plenty of things. Parking spaces are available Entertainment TV ( Astro NJOI ) is available. Water heater, hair dryer, bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body shower foam are provided Kitchen is equipped with the following :- . Fridge . Microwave oven . Water Filter . Small Toaster Oven . Electric Kettle . Rice Cooker . Electric induction cooker . Stove . Frying Pan . Basic cooking pots . Cutleries, glasses, plates, bowls . Extension cord . Basic kitchen utensils such as can opener, knifes, scissors etc . Basic cleaning equipment such as dish soap, cloths, broom and dustpan. Guests can book the building management's communal BBQ pit at the price of RM70 per use on a first come first serve basis. Guests are require to bring own BBQ net / skewers & charcoal if they want to use the communal BBQ pit. Guest access The common activities at Fraser Hill is jungle tracking. There are few trail available, you may choose a family trail which is short in distance and safe eg Hemmant Trail. The trail distance is only 1 km long, cutting across the hill by the golf course, well marked out Good place to relax. Encourage for family gathering, school reunion etc Ideal place for bird lover Other things to note Weather Temperatures range between 18 – 25 degrees Celsius depending on the time of the year. It is typically colder at night, especially at the end of the year (the closest you get to winter in Malaysia). So we advice to bring some thick clothing such as jacket/sweater and socks. As it is usually cold, the property does not have air conditioning. Quiet Environment This is a private and non-smoking apartment, no "in house" party is allowed. Kindly lower down the noise especially after 11pm. Parking Guests will be provided with 2 car access cards to enter the apartment compound. (To park at yellow box). A penalty of RM 200 will be charged for any lost access cards or keys. Cleaning Our cleaning service will be done before and after your stay. During you stay, we encourage you to take care of garbage removal and basic cleanings. Supper Supper is available at Clock Tower area. Big Group We have another newly renovated unit which can fit 10 pax with 3 bedrooms ( Little England B3) and also another 2 rooms apartment ( B8 - Little England) in the same area. Kindly check with me of the date availability if you have a big group.
