The space The villa is divided into 4 private apartments on 4 different levels, each one with its own private terrace. In the common area you will have access to the wood-fire oven where it's possible to arrange a pizza school every Tuesdays and Fridays. Sant'Elia is an apartment with two bedrooms that offers large interior spaces to relax, an area used as a living room, dining room and kitchen. Ideal for 6 people to be divided into two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, this bright and sunny apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends. The terrace of Sant'Elia apartment is private for you and it's located on a lower level. On the terrace you will find a private hot-tub available from April to October. Guest access Our actions are focused on our customers' needs.
