MEALS – We can arrange breakfast at a fixed cost. For other meals, we can organize a cook or chef (at an additional charge, with groceries billed at actual cost). LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the apartment at that time. Message us a day in advance and we will be able to tell you whether it is possible or not. 🧹 Daily housekeeping is provided 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Towels and linen are provided, with a full change after every 3rd night. 🏠Monthly Stays We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 28 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 20,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these.
