Studio near to the Biennale, in the greenest district of Venice: Sant'Elena. You'll like my flat for these reasons: the neighbourhood is very popular and quiet, far from the noisy tourist flows, but 25 minute walking from San Marco Square, well connected (during the day and night) with the water public transport. 3 minute away by boat from the Lido, where you can go to the beach or stroll on foot and by bike.
