cozy cottage on artsy compound

This cozy lakeview cottage is the 'main house' on a charming, artsy little compound with a laid back bohemian vibe on the edge of downtown Ithaca. You will have the upstairs floor (a spacious bedroom) and living room to yourself, but the bathroom is occasionally shared with a resident carpenter/musician who lives in a 2nd cottage - though usually when there's an Airbnb guest he tends to stay elsewhere and no one winds up seeing him. (The bathroom has a separate entrance.) The space The property consists of 3 cottages, each with an artsy, laid back bohemian vibe. This cottage is the biggest, the 'main house' and is equipped with high speed internet, a kick a** sound system, flat screen tv with internet access and a claw foot tub for soaking. The firepit area outback is a communal area shared between guests, and the creative professionals who live in the other 2 cottages. Your cottage has a wrap around front porch with an outdoor heater. Guest access Lots of parking in the driveway. Walking distance to Stewart Park, the Cayuga Waterfront Trail and East Shore swimming beach. Other things to note There is a very friendly Russian Blue indoor/outdoor cat named Bleu who lives in the cottage who needs feeding and snuggling. Sometimes I try to pry him out of the house to bring him with me, but he's a homebody and really likes to stay at his house which he chose all on his own. If you stay, you must agree to feed (and snuggle) him - he loves company.
