Simple to unfold and fold. TV with Chromecast, fan, and air cooler at your disposal. Spacious wardrobe with mirror, as well as cupboards to store your belongings. 🍽️ Fully equipped separate kitchen: 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and all the dishes necessary for your comfort. 🚿 Bathroom with toilet: 85 x 63 cm shower, washing machine, hairdryer. 🧼 A welcome kit is provided for you (tea towel, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, sponge, garbage bag, toilet product, glass cleaner, laundry and household products). 🧺 You will also find an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying rack. 🛜 Fiber optic Wi-Fi connection 🚀 ⛱️ For your days at the beach, enjoy a parasol, beach rackets, an inflatable mattress, ball and straw mats located in the trunk on the balcony. 🚲 Bike parking is available in the inner courtyard of the residence. 🚗 Free street parking at the foot and around the residence and on adjacent streets.
