The Villa has a beutiful swimming pool with variable depth and picturesque surroundings in the middle of a large estate full of olive groves. The apartment has a panoramic position and it's located few steps from the swimmingpool. It's composed by a large livingroom with satellite tv, kitchen and a double sofa bed for two people, n. 1 bedroom, n. 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary to cook, ring gas hob, electric oven and a fridge; the bathroom has a hair dryer. The apartment has its own table situated on the panoramic terrace where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. In the garden you will also find four large barbecues for common use. The house and its verdant surroundings enjoy utter peace and tranquillity, whilst being only half an hour away from Florence and the small town of Limite with banks, restaurants and stores, is about one miles away. The nearest train station is in Montelupo (5 minutes by car from the house) where you can park your car and easily reach in a short time cities like Florence, Pisa, Siena. Guest access In the house there is a nice common room with a small library available to our guests. In this building you can find also a loundry room with washing machine and all the necessary to iron. The House has Wi-Fi zone available free of charge. In the garden you can find a shared Barbecues.
