Nearest village, Acquaviva is ca. 1.3 km away, where one can find shops, a supermarket and restaurants. The property consists of 2 farmhouses, within 1 km of each other, with a total of 30 apartments, restored in the typical Tuscan style and very comfortable. Each farmhouse has its own swimming pool (16x8, open May-Oct,90-140 cm deep) and a beautiful large garden, barbecue. The space One bedroom for max 4 people of about 40 sqm. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with 2 sofa beds (or double), kitchen corner, one bathroom with shower. The flats are either on the ground or first floor with outdoor space in garden. All have Sat-TV, air-conditioning and internet Wi-Fi. Guest access In one of the properties there is a reception with a shop selling local products, as well as wine and olive oil, a large room for the Pizza Dinner organized during the week by the owner, a breakfast room, a laundry room and bicycles free for guests (subject to availability).
