The hot tub is just a step from a glass covered patio with heater. Winter or summer Broadview is a lovely home from which to enjoy this beautiful and accessible corner of Wales. The space The house is light, airy and flows freely into the garden and covered seating areas. A large, triple aspect lounge has several seating areas that can be adapted to seat nine or more around the tv. The music room and study adjacent has an open fire and quality piano as well as desk space with good wifi. It leads to the glass covered patio seating with heater and to the large country kitchen and dining area. Seating ten this room is made for dinner parties and family gatherings including the wooden high chair that has served five generations of the family! Upstairs, there is a large master with ensuite bathroom (also accessible from the landing if preferred). Two further spacious doubles with plenty of storage, a comfortable sized single and stylish shower room complete the accommodation. A trundle bed and cot are available if needed and can be used in any room. The Cwtch -our shepherds's hut offers a day bed that pulls out to form a queen size bed. It has great wifi and a heater plus kettle, toaster and min fridge. The composting loo and drinking water sink are in a cute little Ty Bach next to the Cwtch. Guest access Tucked away in a leafy lane it's hard to believe how accessible the house really is. Less than ten minutes from the M4, Cardiff is an easy twenty five minute drive but in even less time you can be in the heart of rural Monmouthshire in towns like Usk and Abergavenny. An excellent range of shops with free parking is five minutes away and country inns are on the doorstep or a stroll from home along the beautiful Mon and Brec Canal. The drive accommodates three vehicles and there is shared parking adjacent with on street parking nearby.
