Taiping Cozy Homestay

A cozy, comfy, clean and fully-furnished terrace with 2 indoor car parks. Easy access to many places. It is 15 mins from highway, 10 mins to Taiping Town, 13 mins to Zoo Taiping, 20 mins to Kuala Sepetang. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. We have a big space of living room, 2 parking space inside house and you may park outside if there is extra cars. The neighborhood are very friendly as well. The space Our premises have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 indoor car porch. Any additional cars can be parked outside our premises. * Avoid blocking traffic All rooms are air-conditioned and with fan as well. We provided an air cooler in the living rooms. ↘ Bed Arrangement: Master room: 1 Queen size bed with private bathrooms Second room: 3 Single beds with shared bathrooms Third room: 1 Queen size bed with shared bathrooms First 7 guests charged under the price according for the day, and for the additional guests will be charges is inclusive of extra mattress. Other things to note ⟿ NO HOUSEKEEPING in between your stay if your stay is less than a week. Additional housekeeping can be arranged with a surcharge. ⟿ This PRICE is for ROOM only. Breakfast excluded. ⟿ Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. ⟿Charging Electric Vehicle is NOT ALLOWED on our premises. ⟿ LOVE & RESPECT THE NEIGHBOR & STAFF around you. ⟿ To curb the spread of Covid-19, any additional add on Mattress need to be confirm 3 days in advance before check in date. ⟿ We hope that our guest have a clean and cozy stay.
