Ideal for couples and independent travellers who enjoy experiencing authentic village life, this spacious, self contained, one bedroom apartment is located in a traditional stone village property and is situated on a quiet road on the outskirts of the village. Enjoy the stunning views across the carob and olive fields to the Troodos mountains. The private courtyard is the ideal environment for breakfast, sunbathing or an evening barbecue under the stars. The rooms have been simply furnished featuring painted wooden floorboards throughout and natural materials wherever possible. We try to keep the rooms free from unnecessary clutter while providing little touches that we hope make the spaces unique. The apartment includes the bedroom, which overlooks the mountains, a full bathroom, and a living/dining area to the rear of the apartment that overlooks your own private courtyard. From the balcony to the front, you can enjoy the early morning birdsong and views of the mountains across the fields of carob and olive trees. The evening sunsets are stunning. The apartment has been equipped with everything you hopefully need to enjoy your holiday, including all bed linen, towels, beach towels and hairdryer. For most of the year, our water is solar heated. We provide basic welcome items for your arrival including teas, coffees, fruit juice and small snacks. There are pots in the communal spaces containing different herbs, peppers & chillies (when successful!) and limes which guests are welcome to use. The village currently has two popular tavernas serving typical Cypriot dishes, including the traditional kleftiko. The supermarket is well stocked with fresh produce. Everything you need is within 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so after a day exploring the island or relaxing on the beach, you can enjoy an evening in the village or in your own private and secluded courtyard. This village is very friendly and welcoming and many of our guests, family and friends, fall in love with the place and return regularly. Guest access Key collection is organised with the hosts. Access to the apartments is via a communal entrance gate with a security code. Other things to note To allow for cleaning and to air the apartments, we aim to avoid back to back bookings where possible. We have a cat and a tortoise that live with us in the ground floor apartment when we are in Cyprus. The property comprises three apartments and access to the building is via a secure communal front entrance gate with an access code. We aim to ensure that all guests fully enjoy their stay with us. This is a quiet and calm environment for you to spend your holiday. There are two guest apartments situated on the first floor of the property that share access via the stairs. To keep the rates competitive, we let our guests decide on arrival if they would like to use the air conditioning or electric heating. There is a charge of €3 per day to cover extra electricity costs. We provide an electric fan and include a gas fire in winter. Registration Details 0004084
