House in Farm

Ca' Stanga is situated in the countryside of Bologna, at the foot of the hill, near Emilia street and the motorway exit of Valsamoggia (2km). The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads. The space THERE ARE NO RESTRICTIONS FOR THE COVID19 HERE. The house consists of only one apartment large 80m2 with reserved garden for guests (with table, chairs and deckchairs) and a large parking (unguarded). There aren't neighbors, so we guarantee privacy and quiet. The apartment can host up to 5 adults + children. The flat constists of two floors: GROUND FLOOR (barrier free -for people with reduced mobility) : living area with kitchen and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom. FIRST FLOOR : large bedroom with two single large beds (we can add other beds / baby cot on demand) the apartment is equipped with all you need : - fast internet wireless without limits - conditioned air in every room - tv, induction hob, multifuction oven, fridge­ with freezer, DISHWASHER , WASHING MACHINE, iron with ironing board and clotheshorse, phon - linen for kitchen, bathroom, rooms Guest access The guests have access to the apartament and to the garden. We are in the heart of Emilia Romagna Region, land of motors (Ferrari, Ducati, Lamborghini, Maserati and Pagani) and centre of wine and food tourism. Our house is on the “Street of wines and flavors ” in a zone rich of culinary tradition and cellars (tortellini, lasagne, tagliatelle with ragù and "mortadella" (bologna). In Valsamoggia there is the production of parmigiano reggiano and cerries of Vignola. You can't miss the typical tigelle, borlenghi, fried "gnocco", balsamic vinegar of Modena (with visit of the consorteria Aceto Balsamico), Carpigiani with ice cream museum. Other things to note The apartment is situated in the countryside, about 3 km from the countries of Calcara, Crespellano, Anzola dell'Emilia. Markets, restaurants, ... are about 3 km away.
