The arrangement of the accommodation is as follows: Ground Floor - one rear bedroom with 90cm bunk beds and a rear dining room with washing machine and freezer, opening onto the patio with garden furniture for six. Spacious lounge with 2 leather sofas and 43" Smart TV, DVD player. French doors opening onto the front veranda decking. Bathroom- toilet, Mira ATL electric shower over bath and heated towel rail. Kitchen - oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster. First Floor - reached by a steep open plan staircase with Kiddyguard stair gates at top and bottom; landing with separate toilet and hand basin. Door to the front bedroom with double bed. From the landing, door opening to rear bedroom with two 90cm single beds which can be pushed together to make an extra double and space for a cot T.V. Fans supplied in these bedrooms for your comfort when the temperature rises. Equipment includes ironing board, iron, vacuum and clothes airer, high chair, hair dryer, travel cot, duvets and pillows. You will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels so you are confident with their cleanliness following the coronavirus pandemic. Please leave the chalet clean and as you found it. If you break anything please contact us immediately so a replacement can be arranged for the next guests and leave a contribution for its purchase. We like to keep our standards high. Chalet 67 is all electric. Heating is via oil filled radiators and electricity is supplied via a £1 coin meter set to match the electricity company tariff as closely as is possible, so remember to bring £1 and £2 coins ( summer average £14 per week, winter around £40 depending on outside temperature and of course usage.) The swimming pool is now open, booked 50 mins. slots, should the pool be closed for any reason this is out of our control and no compensation will be given. We will always try to meet your individual requirements - we also own Chalet 68, should Chalet 67 be booked or if you want both or either of our chalets. Car Parking in free private car park 400 meters from chalet, no cars on the Park. Trolleys are provided to transport your luggage at the start and end of your stay. Guest access We like to welcome our guests, but contactless access is by the key box you can access at anytime after 4pm, all we ask is that you tell us your estimated arrival time if we are to meet you. You have the whole chalet for your holiday. Other things to note You will need £1 or £2 coins for the electric meter. No pets. No smoking or vaping in the chalet. If the pool is closed for any reason this is out of our control and no compensation will be given.
