Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information. Reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Lagoa municipal tourist tax. The municipal tourist tax has a unit value of €2.00/night in high season (April to October, inclusive) and €1.00/night in low season (November to March, inclusive), per night, up to the maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person and per stay. The nightly fee is payable for guests aged 13 (thirteen) years or over. Guests with disabilities are not subject to the municipal tourist tax, that is, guests with a disability equal to or greater than 60%, as long as they present a document proving this condition.
