In the heart of the beautiful Vulkaneifel Nature Park, surrounded by ancient volcanic maars, the Waldblick holiday bungalow is located in a seemingly endless forest area. The lovingly furnished vacation home is located far away from the stress of everyday life right on the edge of the forest. The private road leading to the house is little used and therefore very quiet (no through traffic). Due to its central location, the bungalow offers numerous opportunities to get to know the highlights of the Eifel. On the 545 m² and very well-kept property, our guests can really enjoy nature – the ideal place for relaxation in the middle of the Eifel at a unique price-performance ratio. The outdoor area has been beautifully designed and created for the new season. The adjacent forest is home to various animal species that can even be observed from the bungalow. The property is enclosed with hedges and has a 1.20 m high fence, which additionally encloses the property. There are two garden doors integrated. This allows children and dogs to "move safely and freely" on the property. An American BBQ grill is available on the spacious terrace – firewood is offered on site. There is a second terrace. In the covered lounge, our guests can relax protected from the weather and thus sit outdoors even in rainy weather. For your safety, several smoke detectors and a CO gas detector are installed in the holiday bungalow. Your vehicle is safely parked in the garage belonging to the vacation home. In addition, several parking spaces are available in front of the house. If you would like to arrive with an electric car – no problem! With its approx. 80 m² of living space, the holiday home offers enough space for up to 6 people who are also welcome to bring their four-legged friends. In the cozy living area you will find a modern newly furnished kitchen. Exclusive amenities include a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven and dishwasher. In addition, there is a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and Senseo for our guests. The kitchen merges into a large dining room. A special highlight is certainly the open wood fireplace, which is integrated into a beautiful conservatory. Here the fireplace can be fired on cold days and a feel-good atmosphere is quickly created. The fireplace room is additionally heated by underfloor heating. The sunroom was also newly furnished. Here, among other things, a new high-quality couch set is available to our guests – ideal for relaxing and unwinding. In the summer months, the conservatory invites you to open the glass fronts to the terrace and let the surrounding nature into the bungalow. The exclusive bathroom has also been completely renovated and modernly furnished. A highlight here is certainly the barrier-free "walk-in shower". The walk-in shower even has, like the entire bathroom, underfloor heating. Other amenities include an illuminated cosmetic mirror, a hairdryer and, on request, the laundry package with hand & shower towels. The house has two newly furnished bedrooms. In keeping with the "forest view" concept, both rooms were kept in a cozy wood look. In the first room, a double bed with height-adjustable slatted frame awaits our guests. New "7-zone barrel pocket spring core mattresses" with "hardness level 3" ensure a good night's sleep. In the second bedroom there is a custom-made bunk bed, which is also equipped with branded mattresses (hardness H3). The bunk bed, which is loved by our guests, consists of two very comfortable single beds, each 0.9 m x 2.0 m. Includes a radio alarm clock and even a smartphone iHome alarm clock. If required, a comfortable sofa bed and an extra bed can also be used in the living area. The beds are freshly made on request when you arrive. The optional "linen package" includes bed linen as well as hand and bath towels. For our little guests, we provide a crib and high chair free of charge on request. The bungalow has a telephone connection that can be used free of charge for domestic calls. A Wi-Fi hotspot is installed and offers fast Internet access on request. A large 43-inch TV (109 cm) with satellite reception, a DVD player with various films, a hi-fi system, books and various entertainment games complete the entertainment offer. At the Waldblick holiday bungalow you will not notice anything from the Center Parcs Eifel, but the park can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Fresh rolls for breakfast, groceries for the menu in the bungalow or forgotten hygiene items – in the supermarket of the park our guests can take care of everything on site without having to drive by car...
