Our guests love the breakfast, which is included in the price and offers traditional products. It was designed with the “ideal home” concept in mind and it is situated on a lush elevation, surrounded by nature, close to beaches and activities. The space On top of Ligia village, built along the slopes, there are 2 apartments, 45 sqm with access to the 2 shared swimming pools. The unique sea view, high aesthetics, and high-quality materials will not leave visitors disappointed. Special attention has been given to the quality of sleep. Distribution: Each apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with sea view. 2 people can be accommodated in the double bed from the bedroom, and another person can use the convertible comfortable sofa from the living room. Indoor amenities: The living-dining room is furnished with modern sofas, a central coffee table, stylish furniture, a dining table for 4, TV and DVD player. The kitchen communicates with the living room as an open space and has all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, modern dinnerware and glasses. In the bedrooms, there is a large double bed with nightstands with high quality and stylish linens and bedspreads, matching curtains, wardrobes, dressing tables, mirrors, elegant lighting and modern paintings in all areas. The bathroom is modern and offers a shower cabin, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. There is also a washing machine. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and electric shutters to protect from the sun. A safe box is provided. There is free Wi-Fi. Outdoor amenities: These apartments have access to 2 terraced shared swimming pools, where there is stylish outdoor furniture, that blends with the overall aesthetics of the building and its surroundings. There are 2 outdoor barbecues that can be used by the residents of the apartments. Stone paths, gardens with trees and flowers, tables, chairs, recliners, and large umbrellas allow a luxurious stay. There is natural shade after 5-6 PM, allowing relaxation in pleasant temperatures during the summer. In the evening, the special illumination of the space and the tranquillity of the surroundings is an unforgettable experience. There is private parking, no reservation needed. Guest access Our guests have access to the breakfast area and the bar. Our younger guests have access to the shallow swimming pool dedicated to children, situated next to one of the 2 communal swimming pools.
