Bungalow in Zeewolde

Our vacation home is located on the largest deciduous forest in Europe. The area and quiet location make this home very suitable for (water) athletes, hikers and cyclists. At the park, you can enjoy a swimming pool and tennis court. Tennis rackets and tennis balls are provided. Zeewolde is centrally located in the Netherlands, by car: - 45 min. to Amsterdam - 30 min. to Utrecht - 10 min. to Harderwijk - Zeewolde Downtown 5 km The space The spacious sunny living room features a cozy seating area and a large dining table. The living room is adjacent to the lovely garden so that on a beautiful day you can go out onto the terrace through the French doors. The space in both the house and the garden are a big plus of this vacation home. The garden features a trampoline, slide, and mini soccer goal. Inside, there is a foosball table, a shuffleboard and a game cabinet ready for you. The spacious, bright kitchen has a 5-burner gas hob, dishwasher, combi microwave (small oven), kettle and filter coffee maker. Filters are provided as standard. In the spacious hall, you will find the toilet. The hall also gives access to the utility room with freezer and washing machine and continues to the garage/games room which also gives you direct access to the garden. A big plus in the winter months is that the entire ground floor floor is equipped with underfloor heating. Where all rooms can be arranged separately. On the second floor, there are 3 double bedrooms. A large room with a double bed (double mattress, 2 single duvets). The other 2 rooms have two single beds. The spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and sink is also on this floor. The stairs are closed by a stair gate. For the little ones, a camping bed can be added. The garden is green, quiet and free. Due to the different terraces, you can always choose sun or shade. The different plants and colorful flowers make the garden cozy and soothing. The garden is fully enclosed with fences. And furthermore: Play a game of tennis on the tennis court or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool during the summer months. Don't forget your fishing rod! There are various fishing opportunities within walking distance. Our vacation home is not suitable for large groups or party-goers. Towels & bedding, consisting of: duvet, pillow & bed linen are not included as standard but can be booked. Bed linen (comforter, pillow, bed linen): €10/person Towels: €5,- per person These costs can be paid in cash or via Tikkie. If you stay 7 nights or more, the linen and towels are included. Extra note: there is no barbecue available. Please feel free to bring one for your trip.
