The studio is just a few minutes away from the following amenities : - City centre - Airport - Bus stop - Shopping centre - Palexpo - Sports facilities The space The space is a self contained studio appartement part of a large detached house. It is perfect for an adult or a couple looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood close to the center. The apartment is fully equipped with private bathroom, living space, sleeping space and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare small meals. However, no major cooking or frying is allowed. The home gym may be used by our guests when we are home. It's the perfect place to explore Geneva and surrounding beautiful countryside. Close to shopping area, museums, theaters, swimming pool etc. For a great weekend away or longer stay if work brings you to the area. Guest access Guest have their own front door. As it is a basement apartment, there are stairs going down to the entrance (no lift). Getting to Geneva center and other attractions is a short car ride from the studio. There is a bus stop nearby and you will be able to rent a bicycle if that is your preferred way of transportation. If needed we can arrange a shuttle to the airport. Other things to note It's a basement apartment with private front door and window, so some natural light. We can organize breakfast for our guests (10 CHF/p.p.) Use of washing machine Chf 5 per load and dryer Chf 6 per load. Timing to be agreed.
