VILLA NEAR POREČ, PRIVATE POOL

The space The villa with pool is situated in the village of Kastelir, c. 9 km from Porec and 6 km from the beach. In the village, there are several restaurants, food shops, post office, bank, a surgery... and all available nearby within c. 500 m distance. The living space of the holiday home which is only let as a unit amounts to 140 m², is split up into 2 floors and is suitable for up to 6 persons. On the ground floor you find a generous open area with a dining space, a kitchen and living-room giving access onto the covered terrace with a beautiful view across vineyards and olive groves to the Riviera of Porec. Also on the ground floor, a bathroom with shower and utility room (washroom) is situated. On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms, two of which give access to a small balcony and a bathroom with wash basin and shower cubicle (with radio, steam bath, light therapy...) On request, also a baby bed is available (free) for our smallest guests. On the premises being c. 1000 m² in size you find a car park for 2 - 3 cars, BBC as well as the 25 m²-sized pool with sun terrace from where you can also enjoy the wonderful view to the sea. The country house with pool is fitted well and modern: The kitchen comprises: fridge, stove, oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, mixer,... There are also: a piano (usable on request), air conditioning, satellite TV, LCD TV, home cinema,WIFI, washing machine, flat-iron,... So everything that is needed for a comfortable holiday. Also the house owner which takes care of you personally can give you insider's tips for wonderful day trips as he is a guide and an enthusiastic motor cyclist.
