CITRA: 010053-LT-0001 You will be far from the chaos of the city, without sacrificing convenience. Ideal for families (ample green space, pool,) and homeworking (wifi and silence). The house, made of wood and stone recently renovated, is part of a larger rustic dating back to the early 1800s, in the panoramic context of Val Cichero: here is our farm, our magical place, which we hope will also convey the same emotions to our guests. The space The house is on two floors: on the ground floor, living room with table, television and sofa (possibly adaptable to a single bed), bathroom with large shower and kitchen overlooking the olive grove. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher, kettle and hot plate; the first floor is loft with exposed chestnut beams, double bed and a single bed. There is the possibility of inserting a baby bed and availability of a lift. In the cold season, the house is heated with a pellet stove on the ground floor. The bathroom is equipped with an electric heater. In the summer season (minimum period guaranteed from June 21 to September 15), guests have access to a pool (low depth) with sun loungers. Guests will have access to a reserved outdoor space for eating (outdoor table in front of the house) and cooking (gazebo equipped with gas BBQ). Guest access We are in the countryside, so from time to time you can spot some wild animals in the areas surrounding the house. The last stretch of road to get there (about 7 km) is a typical Ligurian road with curves and straits, but it is not appropriate to be afraid: the road is traveled every day by private, commercial and public transport (including scuolabus), it is absolutely safe if you respect the speed limits. Guests, in addition to the exclusive spaces dedicated to them, will have access to all the spaces surrounding the house, that is, the BBQ near the apartment, the olive grove in front of the apartment, ideal for resting and sunbathing, the forest that surrounds the property, which ends with a small stream where you can cool off. Other things to note We have always been very attentive to the cleanliness of our accommodation and the linens we provide, but after the pandemic we are extremely scrupulous and adopt detergents and sanitizers with medical-surgical supervision for the safety of everyone. We welcome your animals (max one of medium size), as long as they are polite and do not disturb the local fauna. A short distance away there is a village shop for shopping, otherwise you need to stock up further downstream.
