Enjoy a peaceful stay while having easy access on foot to all the activities and festivities in this charming Catalan town, untouched by mass tourism. Vilanova is a family-friendly town that is lively all year round. It's only a 40-minute train ride from the center and airport of Barcelona, 30 minutes from Tarragona, and 5 minutes from the lovely town of Sitges. The space This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and was fully renovated in 2019. The apartment includes: A main room with an open kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, large fridge/freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and washer-dryer. The rest of the room features a bar with three high stools, a sofa, an extendable table, chairs, and a TV. This room opens onto a 1-meter-wide balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun (west-facing). A spacious bedroom with a 180x200 bed (can be converted into two 90x200 beds), a desk, a TV with DVD player, and a large closet. This room has a sunny morning balcony. Two smaller bedrooms, each with a single bed and storage. These two bedrooms have access to a skylight. 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The apartment also features a 15m2 rooftop terrace (accessed via the building's staircase) with a lounge area and a dining table. The terrace faces east, making it perfect for sunny breakfasts year-round and spring and autumn lunches (it can be a bit too hot in the summer, but ideal for dinner). Bed linens, towels, and kitchen essentials are provided. Beach equipment and games are available (beach umbrellas, fins, beach ball, etc.). Additionally, a hairdryer, Bluetooth speaker, iron, and ironing board are at your disposal. Guest access Everything is within walking distance. There is a parking lot 10 minutes away with the option of a weekly subscription (€22 per week). Other things to note Smoking is allowed on the balcony or terrace, but not inside the apartment. Catalonia applies a tourist tax of €1 per person per day, to be paid upon arrival.
